Yes, the town of Sugar Hill has a 10pm noise ordinance that we must follow.
Is there a time that the event must end?
We are not able to accommodate after parties but we are happy to recommend a few breweries in the area who are able to host them!
Do you allow after parties on site?
When you book Peckett's for the weekend you have exclusive use of the estate including the historic hotel patio, formal gardens and the expansive lawns of the estate. Only one wedding per weekend is hosted on the estate, so you and your guests have complete privacy. Onsite locations for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception - choose from one of the many locations on the estate to host your closest friends and family.

We ask for a signed contract and a 25% deposit in order to reserve your wedding weekend
Are you a full service wedding venue?
We are an outdoor tented reception venue, so our couples are able to bring in all of their own vendors, including catering, bar service and decor to make their wedding celebration unique!
Do we need to hire a wedding planner?
We do require our couples to hire a full service wedding planner! Due to the nature of our exclusively outdoor tented reception space our venue requires a full service planner to execute the intricate celebrations at our estate
How much does the average wedding cost hosted at your estate?
We find our couples wedding budgets start anywhere from $50,000 and up to execute their wedding celebrations
Can I bring my own vendors in?
Yes, the couple is responsible for hiring all additional vendors needed to make the wedding weekend of their dreams.
